Sixth Officer James Paul Moody is remembered in St Martin on the Hill Church, on Albion Road in Scarborough. The tablet is affixed to the south wall of the church nave.
The tablet has the following inscription:
To the Glory of God
And in affectionate memory of
James Paul Moody
6th Officer of R M S Titanic
Born at Scarborough
On the 21st August 1887
Went down with the ship
On the 15th April 1912
"Be thou faithful unto death and
I will give thee a crown of life"
